Midcentury corner sofa in rosewood by Edvard & Tove Kindt-Larsen for Gustav Bahus 1960s
Midcentury corner sofa in rosewood by Edvard & Tove Kindt-Larsen for Gustav Bahus 1960s
This corner sofa combination is designed by the Danish design duo Edvard & Tove Kindt-Larsen and manufactured by Gustav Bahus in Norway in the 1960s. It is very rare to find a corner sofa in rosewood! This combination is a good example of high quality materials and manufacturing. It is possible to change the side of the arm rest. The 3 pieces stand by themselves and are not fixed together.
The table and back/arm rests show very beautiful drawings in the wood. The connectors between seat and back/arm rests are in black painted metal. We have replaced the cushions and upholstered them in a beautiful high-quality beige-grey textured fabric by De Ploeg. New seating comfort in original frames! This corner sofa is in rosewood and in very good condition due to our own workshop with over 35 years of experience with wood treatments.
