Midcentury dining set in walnut by Jos De Mey for Van den Berghe Pauvers 1960s
This dining set is designed by Jos De Mey and manufactured by Van den Berghe Pauvers in Belgium in the 1960s. The set contains a table and 8 identical chairs. The table is extendable in the middle with 1 extension that is hidden under the table top. The table top has very beautiful drawings in the wood. The connection of the table legs is a beautiful design feature. The chairs have been reupholstered in black skai (fake leather). This dining set is in walnut and in very good condition due to our own workshop with over 35 years of experience with wood treatments. Nevertheless there is some minor veneer damage on the table top.
