Midcentury Danish pair of lounge chairs in teak by Arne Vodder for France & Søn 1960s
This pair of low back lounge chairs is designed by Arne Vodder and manufactured by France & Søn in Denmark in the 1960s. The frames are labelled by the manufacturer. There are 3 different positions from more upright till more relax. The frame is made of solid teak. The cushions are not new, but still in good condition and clean. The good quality light grey fabric has been washed professionally. The only default is the sun bleaching of the fabric in the back, so you see a slight print of the back rest in the cushions (see last picture). Both chairs have this. When installed you don’t see it. This pair of easy chairs is in very good condition due to the renown Møbelfabrik workshop with over 35 years of experience with wood treatments. The chairs are ready to use.
