This 70's wall or ceiling light was produced by Honsel, a German lighting company established in 1833. Rather than excelling in elegance or ingenious complexity, it is their honest and keen design which turns this lamp into a real eye catcher. The bulb is blatantly visible and sheds a soft light on the aluminum bowl and the wall behind.

You can experiment in creating the desired atmosphere by using different bulbs: mirrored ones generate a larger ‘clair-obscur’ effect, providing your entry hall with a prestigious touch, the classic incandescent type however -with its softer glow- contributes to the coziness in your living room.
